Owning and maintaining our own equipment helps to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible at the lowest price possible. Unlike many of our competitors, this allows us to complete the majority of our projects without having to utilize outside equipment or subcontractors. For unusually-large projects or when very busy, MLCI also maintains long-term relationships with reputable equipment rental companies and truckers and is able to utilize their services as-needed to make sure that projects are completed on time.

Environmental Concerns: Our entire fleet is compliant with California’s strict CARB emissions regulations. A lot of contractors now claim to be environmentally-friendly (whether or not they actually are). Magnum Land Clearing, Inc. actually is very environmentally-friendly. In addition to our recycling services and other misc. environmentally-friendly services, MLCI has also invested significantly to add newer ‘Tiered’ equipment to its fleet without having accepted any government grants, tax rebates, incentives, etc!
